During the annual inspection, it must be possible to check the flow in the sprinkler system.
Traditionally, this may mean that measuring equipment needs to be brought along, assembled, and calibrated before each inspection. This takes time and adds an extra step to each inspection.
By permanently mounting the F6 on the pipe, the flow measurement system is already in place when it’s time for the annual inspection.
The F6 uses clamp-on technology and is mounted on the outside of the pipe. Installation can therefore be performed without making any modifications to the piping system.
When the inspector arrives at the facility, the flow can be easily checked directly on the permanently installed meter.
